Members: Councillor Chairman not yet elected (Chairman), Councillor Vice - Chairman not yet elected (Vice Chairman), Councillors Andrew Bowles, Mike Cosgrove, Duncan Dewar-Whalley, Angela Harrison, Gerry Lewin, Elvina Lowe, Patricia Sandle, David Simmons and Steve Worrall.
